Photocure ASA: Purchase own shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 7 May 2018 announcing a repurchase of 13,000 own shares. Photocure ASA purchased today, 8 May 2018, 13,000 own shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 28.9625 per share.

After this transaction Photocure ASA holds 13,809 own shares, representing 0.06 per cent of the outstanding number of shares.
