Photocure announces resignation of Chief Operating Officer

Oslo, Norway, 26 May 2016: Photocure ASA announces today that its Chief Operating Officer, Kathleen Deardorff, has resigned effective 1 June 2016 to pursue other career opportunities. Ms Deardorff has been with Photocure since 2011, serving as Chief Operating Officer during her entire tenure.

"During her five years at Photocure, Kathleen has made significant contributions to the company. She has been an important part of our management team and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours," says Kjetil Hestdal, M.D., Ph.D., President and CEO, Photocure ASA.

During the transition process and search for a suitable full-time successor is successfully fulfilled, Photocure will allocate the position's key operational duties to the current management team.
