Chairman in Photocure ASA, Erik Engebretsen, has as of April 26, 2011 in addition to own shares received proxies to vote at Photocure ASA's annual general meeting to be held on April 27, 2011 for a total of 5,339,663 shares. This equals 24.2 percent of the total shares and voting rights in Photocure ASA.

The proxies are only valid for the general meeting at April 27 2011.
